Sunflower Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for marinating chicken cubes

• 1 cup boneless chicken cubes
• 1 tsp garlic
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp crushed red chili
• ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
• 1 tsp vinegar (sirka)
• 1 tbsp soy sauce

Other ingredients

• 1-2 tbsp oil
• ½ cup water
• ½ tbsp boiled sweet corns
• 2 tbsp onion
• 1 tbsp tomato seedless
• 2 tbsp capsicum
• ¼ tsp dried oregano leaves
• 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce

Pizza Dough

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil
• warm water as required
• mozzarella cheese to taste
• beaten egg (for coating before baking)
