• ½ cup cabbage grated (bund gobi kadookash ki hoi)
• 1 tsp green chili and mint leaves paste (hari mirch aor poodinay k patay kootay huay)
• ½ tsp crushed black pepper

• 250 grams minced chicken (chicken keema)

• 2 to 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
• 1 green chili or to taste
• 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
• 1 tsp crushed red chili
• ½ tsp crushed black pepper or to taste
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• ½ tsp mustard powder (optional)
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 slice of bread
• some refined flour (maida) for coating purpose
• beaten egg as required for dipping the balls
• breadcrumbs for coating purpose to add crispiness to the balls.

Ingredients for marinating chicken cubes

• 1 cup boneless chicken (small cubes)

• breadcrumbs for coating the bread rolls for adding crispness
• oil as required for deep frying the rolls
