Schezwan Chicken Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil
• ½ tsp garlic
• 1 cup boneless chicken
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
• salt to taste
• ¼ tsp mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp home-made schezwan sauce link given in the recipe notes
• 2 tbsp onion
• 2 tbsp capsicum
• some corns
• fresh bread slices as required
• tbsp mayonnaise
• cheese slices as required
• butter to be applied on bread and the grilled pan
