Pizza Parcel Without Oven Recipe

• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 tbsp crushed garlic
• 500 g minced chicken
• 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning or oregano
• 1 tsp crushed red chili
• 1 tsp black pepper or quantity to taste
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato puree
• 2 tbsp tomato small diced
• 2 tbsp capsicum small diced
• 1 tbsp olives

Pizza Topping

• pizza sauce
• mozzarella and cheddar cheese to taste
• Egg
• Tomato slices
• olives
• chili flakes
• dried oregano leaves
• cheese (optional)
