Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 – 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp whole spice mix
  • 1 onion medium sized
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste heaped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder or quantity to taste
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 – 3 tbsp almond paste
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¼ tsp whole spice powder
  • ¼ tsp black peeper crushed
  • 4 – 5 green chilies
  • ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves
