Lentil and Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Split Bengal Gram
  • 2 -3 tbps basmati rice
  • 1 l milk
  • 2 – 3 green cardamom
  • condensed milk or sugar to taste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • few drops of Kewra Essence or Rose Water
  • 80 g unsweetened khoya / mawa / whole milk
