Ingredients

For Kulfi

  • 1½ litre milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp green cardamom powder
  • 100 grams unsweetened khoya / mawa

Thick milk

  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp corn flour mixed 2 tbsp milk
  • few drops of kewra essence or water

Vermicelli

  • 2 cups water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • rice vermicelli as required

Assembling

  • kulfi
  • crushed ice
  • thick milk
  • vermicelli
  • red syrup
  • dry fruits
