  • ½ kg carrots grated (Kadokash ki hui Gajar)
  • ½ liter milk
  • ¼ tsp green cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
  • ¾ cup sugar or to taste
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter (desi ghee)
  • Khoya
  • almonds
  • pistachio
