• 2 potatoes medium-sized boiled
• ½ tsp red chili crushed
• salt to taste
• ¼ tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• 1 – 2 pinches turmeric
• ¼ tsp cumin seeds crushed
• 1 green chili finely chopped
• 1 tsp dried mint leaves
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
• samosa sheets as required
• 1tbsp four 2tbps water
• cooking oil for frying

Dip – Chutney Ingredients

• 1 potato boiled
• 1 – 2 tbsp tamarind pulp املی کا گاڑھا رس
• salt to taste
• ¼ tsp chaat masala
• ¼ tsp cumin seeds
• 1 green chili
• ¼ tsp red chili crushed
• 1 pinch citric acid ٹاٹری
• 1 pinch orange food color
• ¼ cup water or as required
