Creamy Chicken Handi

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • 2 cloves لونگ
  • 1 cinnamon stick دارچینی
  • 1 small sized onion blend before use in recipe
  • 500 grams boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste لہسن
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds ذیرا کوٹا ہوا
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2-3 green chilies paste crush or blend before use in recipe
  • 6-8 almonds blend before use in recipe
  • 1 tomato blend before use in recipe
  • 1 cup yogurt دہی
  • ginger to taste
  • ¼ capsicum (optional)
  • 2 green chilies
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves کسوری میتھی
  • ¼ tsp whole spice powder
