  • 350 grams boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (sirka)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ capsicum
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • bread slices as required
  • mozzarella cheese
  • egg for dipping
  • breadcrumbs for coating
  • oil for deep frying
