Ingredients

Chutney Ingredients

  • 1 bunch coriander
  • a handful of mint leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves
  • salt little bit
  • ½ tsp coconut powder
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 – 2 tbsp water

Chicken Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken boiled and shredded
  • 2 – 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 – 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Habanero sauce or peri peri sauce
  • ½ tsp mustard paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper or quantity to taste

Other ingredients

  • fresh bread slices
  • tomato ketchup as required
