Burger Buns Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3½ cups all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • warm water as required
  • milk for applying sesame seeds on baked buns
