Ingredients

Ingredients used while marinating the chicken

• 300 grams boneless chicken
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp crushed red chili
• ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)
• salt to taste
• ½ tsp tikka or tandoori masala (optional)
• 1 pinch orange food color
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp vinegar
• ¾ cup yogurt

Other ingredients

• 2 tbsp oil for frying the marinated chicken
• 1 piece capsicum
• 1 onion
• ½ seedless tomato
• bread slices as required
• mayonnaise as required
• ½ slice of cheese
• pizza sauce
• mozzarella cheese
• cheddar cheese
• olives
• dried oregano leaves
• crushed red chili
