Bread Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

Ingredients for marinating chicken cubes

• 1 cup boneless chicken (small cubes)
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• crushed red chili to taste
• crushed black pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1 pinch orange food color
• ½ cup yogurt
• 1 to 2 tbsp oil for cooking the marinated chicken

Other ingredients

• ½ onion (small sized)
• ½ capsicum
• ⅛ tsp dried oregano leaves
• cheddar cheese to taste
• fresh bread slices as required
• pizza sauce as required- to be applied to bread
• mozzarella cheese
• beaten eggs as required for dipping the rolls
• breadcrumbs for coating the bread rolls for adding crispness
• oil as required for deep frying the rolls
