  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder or to taste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 tsp crushed coriander
  • salt to taste
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • green chilies to taste
  • green coriander
