Chicken Macaroni Sopup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic (lahsan)
  • 150 grams shredded boiled chicken
  • 8-10 glasses chicken stock (chicken ki yakhni)
  • ¼ cup boiled sweet corns (optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar or to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp homemade Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce or to taste
  • 1 cup boiled macaroni
  • 5-6 tbsp cornflour mixed in water
  • spring onion

  • 3-4 tbsp oil or as required
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 pieces tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp crushed red chili or to taste
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder (optional)
  • 2 pinches turmeric (haldi)
  • ½ tsp crushed coriander seeds (dhania koota hua)
  • ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds (zeera koota hua)
  • ¼ tsp crushed black pepper
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 cup boiled spilt Bengal Gram (chana daal ubly hui)
  • 2-3 pieces green chilies

  • 1 cup Porridge /broken wheat (gandum ka daliya)
  • ¼ cup barley (jau)
  • ¼ cup yellow lentil (daal mong)
  • ¼ cup red lentil (daal mosoor)
  • ¼ cup split bengal gram (channay ki daal)
  • ¼ cup rice
  • ½ cup white lentil (maash ki daal)
  • 7-8 glasses water
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric (haldi)

beef korma

  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 onion (medium sized)
  • 750 grams boneless beef
  • tbsp ginger garlic paste (adrak lahsan ka paste)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder or to taste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric (haldi)
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
  • 1 tsp whole spice powder (garam masala powder)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2-3 glasses water

Tarka

  • oil
  • 1 onion (small sized)

Other ingredients

  • ½ tsp whole spice powder (garam masala powder)
  • ½ tsp nutmeg and mace powder (jaifal javetri)
  • lemon
  • chaat masala
  • fried onion
  • green chili
  • ginger
  • mint leaves
